Tyrus Reed Trains Legs - #21
Tyrus Reed powers through an intense LEGS workout under the guidance of his coach, Skip La Cour. This Mass Machine Training Program LEGS workout consists of Squats, Leg Presses, Lying Leg Curls, and Stiff-Leg Deadlifts.
Tyrus' performance: Squats -- 2 sets x 6 reps at 455 pounds; Leg Presses -- 2 sets x 6 reps at 1,090 pounds; Lying Leg Curls -- 2 sets x 6 reps at the entire stack plus a 45-pound plate; and Stiff-Leg Deadlifts -- 2 sets x 6 reps at 345 pounds.
