Tyrus Reed Blasts Arms (Biceps, Triceps, and Forearms) - #35




With 16 weeks left before his bodybuilding contest, Tyrus Reed blasts through a Mass Machine Training Arm workout. This workout includes biceps, triceps, and forearms.


This training routine consists of 2 sets of Dumbbell Curls (Tyrus substitutes Machine Curls); 2 sets of Dumbbell Curls; 1 set of Curl Bar Curls; 2 sets of Triceps Pressdowns; 2 sets of Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Presses; and 2 sets of Dumbbell Wrist Curls.
